The best moments in life are often the ones you stumble upon. For me, HeyThere! Creative was one of those.

It started with a simple mix-up. I misheard a friendly “hey there” as “Heather.” Baffled and wondering how a stranger already knew my name, I dove straight into a conversation. Once I realized we were both equally confused, I asked how they knew me—only to find out they were just offering a neighborly greeting.

That slightly embarrassing encounter sparked a laugh, a connection, and a realization: a simple "hello" is the only thing standing between being strangers and being a community.

My mission is to open the door to more. More connection, more community, and more experiences that unfold as naturally as that first "Hey There."

As your Creative Experience Officer (CEO), I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all models. I lead a boutique studio that focuses on the real-time interactions that turn shoppers into visitors, strangers into collaborators, and residents into neighbors.
